Appointments

Our Irvine, CA dental office requests two business days’ notice for any change of an appointment. Commensurate fees may apply if timely notice is not given. Payment At Time of Service

For your convenience, our Irvine, CA office accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and FSA cards as well as cash and checks. We also offer CitiHealth and CareCredit as outside finance companies.

Insurance

Most insurance carriers will not guarantee their information, so we cannot guarantee their amount of payment even when a pre-determination of benefits is made. Your insurance contract is formed between you or your employer and the insurance carrier, and therefore they can provide the most accurate information to you. We recommend that you contact your insurance company so that you will be updated on your coverage, any possible exclusion, and any remaining benefits. We provide the best quality services that will most benefit your health, and we are happy to bill all dental insurance companies to pay you directly. We are contracted with Delta Dental as a Delta Premier Dentist, and can therefore have you pay only your estimated portion if you are a member of Delta.
