Nobody likes to be surprised when it comes to costs. We will inform you of your responsibility and discuss financial arrangements prior to beginning any treatment. After your initial examination, we will review with you our recommended treatment plan and its projected cost. We ask only that you begin treatment within ninety days from the date of the treatment plan presentation and complete treatment within one year, so we may honor the quoted fee.
To facilitate getting a healthy mouth and beautiful new smile as easily as possible, we offer several convenient payment methods. Our treatment coordinator is available to discuss financial arrangements and help you select the method of payment that best meets your needs. To provide the highest quality care on a sound basis, we have developed a full range of convenient payment options from which to choose.
Checks and cash accepted
We take all major credit cards (Visa, MC, AE, and Discover)
Payment in Full
If you pay in full at the start of treatment, we will extend a bookkeeping discount of 5% if payment is made by check or cash. A 3% discount will be extended if payment is by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).
We offer the option of making monthly payments over the estimated treatment period i.e. three monthly payments, if treatment is expected to take three months. If you choose this option, you will be required to pay 50% of the treatment fee when treatment begins. The remaining balance can be paid with equal monthly payments at 0% interest as long as it is paid on time we require a credit card on file to charge or post-dated checks.
A popular option for many of our patients is a health care financing company called Care Credit. It works similar to a credit card. They will provide short and long term financing that offers:
- Deferred interest payment plans when paid within promotional period of 6 months
- Extended payment plans
- No pre-payment penalty, application fees, or down payment
- A service fee of 3% will be applied to the balance being charged
